Please double-check the entire package we delivered to you in case a particular product is not stuck somewhere. Please notify us of any missing or damaged product within 14 days at the latest. Please contact us at info@puella.si. Write down the number of your order in the e-mail and describe the problem in detail, take a photo of the situation and attach the photo to the e-mail. In the event that you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may not need to replace your product. If a product is missing from the package, we will replace it as soon as we investigate what happened. If you receive a damaged package, let us know immediately, no later than 24 hours after you receive it.
